one. Raw material usage calculation
Definition: How many grams of weft and raw materials are required to weave a gray fabric .
1. Long fibers: After dosage (g/m) = total number of tracks × (D/9000) × 1.1
Weft usage (g/m) = cloth weft density × machine door width × (D/9000) × 1.1
Or = finished weft density × finished door width × (D/9000) × 1.1
Note: 1.1=1+10%, 10% is the shrinkage rate + loss, generally FDY takes 1.08, DTY takes 1.12
Add several concepts:
FDY: Full stretch body. Full name: FULL DRAW YARN. Synthetic filaments further produced by spin-drawing. The fiber is fully stretched and can be used directly in textile processing. (Generally called it filament).

3.2 Vaporization rate
