2015 National Science and Technology Awards Conference held the textile industry multi-project award

On the morning of January 8, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council held a National Science and Technology Awards Conference in Beijing. Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Liu Yunshan and Zhang Gaoli attended the conference and presented awards to the winners. On behalf of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, Li Keqiang spoke at the conference. Zhang Gaoli presided over the meeting.

At 10 am, the conference began in the majestic national anthem. In the warm applause, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State, Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping Party and state leaders won the 2015 National Natural Science Award, National Technology Invention Award, National Science and Technology Progress Award and the International Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. The representatives of the cooperation awards presented the awards and congratulated them with their warm handshake.

In his speech, Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, expressed warm congratulations to all the winners on behalf of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, and extended high respects and sincere greetings to the vast number of scientific and technological workers across the country to foreign experts who participated in and supported China's scientific and technological undertakings. The 2015 National Science and Technology Awards awarded 295 results and 7 foreign science and technology experts. 42 national natural science awards, including 1 first prize, 41 second prizes; 66 national technical invention awards, including 1 first prize and 65 second prizes; 187 national science and technology progress awards, of which 3 awards, 17 first prizes and 167 second prizes; 7 foreign scientific and technological experts awarded the International Science and Technology Cooperation Award of the People's Republic of China.

Recommended by the China National Textile and Apparel Council, "PTT and in-situ functionalized PET polymerization and its key technologies and industrialization of composite fiber preparation" and "high-precision rotary screen printing and clean production key technology research and development and industrialization" won the 2015 National Science Second Prize of Technology Progress Award.

“PTT and in-situ functionalized PET polymerization and its key technologies and industrialization of composite fiber preparation” project

Project Description: The project developed a slow release crystallization granulation technology, energy saving 27% ~ 35%; overcome the depolymerization, separation and recovery technology of cyclic dimer, reduce material consumption, achieve the harmless treatment of acrolein and allyl alcohol . On the basis of studying the moisture absorption and dehumidification, antistatic, anti-ultraviolet, anti-pilling mechanism and synthesis reaction kinetics of composite functional copolyester fiber, the project successfully developed a complete set of technology for heat and moisture comfort polyester synthesis and fiber manufacturing. The problem of functional powder super-dispersion has broken through the key technologies of continuous polymerization and melt direct spinning of multifunctional polyester, and produced hot and humid comfort polyester filaments, short fibers and fabrics with different functional combinations.

"High-precision rotary screen printing and clean production key technology research and development and industrialization" project

Project introduction: The project has innovated and developed a wide-width high-precision netting and rotary screen printing technology, which solves the problems of low pattern accuracy, low success rate, long color separation draft period and low production efficiency in traditional rotary screen printing technology. The technical problems of high-precision cleaning printing technology for special width fabrics have been realized by technical problems such as poor color gradation, colorlessness, waste of color paste, high cost of web making and large discharge of printing wastewater.
